I have spent half of my life in Europe and the other half in Asia moving from country to country. I bring over a decade of leadership experience in technology, marketing, global go-to-market, and cross-cultural business strategy. I’m driven by curiosity, a practical mindset, and a belief that good strategy is like a well-planned journey: a known destination, an adaptable itinerary, and open to discovery.
When I’m not researching, building, or advising, I’m exploring backroads on my motorbike or enjoying an off-the-grid life in nature.
I work with business leaders, founders, and teams who want to use AI, marketing, and technology to actually move the needle, not just tick a box. My focus: go-to-market strategy and execution, brand building, and cross-cultural communication. I’m hands-on, honest, and comfortable rolling up my sleeves or challenging the brief.
I’m also deep in start-up mode - building software and learning new ropes daily. I’m always interested in working with other builders, people with conviction, and anyone solving real problems.
PhD researcher focused on leadership frameworks for AI-powered organisations. My work explores how leaders really make decisions alongside AI, and how we balance human and machine strengths in the messy, unpredictable world of business.
Open to research collaborations, critical conversations, and the kind of partnerships that move theory into practice.
I ride motorbikes and I love it. I rode solo across South America, from Colombia to Patagonia, and travelled through Japan, Mongolia, New Zealand, and Australia. There’s no better way to build grit and perspective than a few thousand kilometres alone on two wheels.
Now, I am living fully off-grid in regional Australia, powered by solar and rainwater, with satellite internet keeping me connected (most days). I like the challenge of learning as I go. Solar set-ups, woodwork, or just fixing what breaks.
Craftsmanship matters. I practice an apprentice mindset - always learning, building, and testing what’s possible with my own hands.
